Please note that the Raven's Perch Display Base kit is NOT included with the house although is available separately.
The design for this brand kit is just a little bit different and heralds another addition to our 'Enchanted Cottages' range of quarter scale dolls house kits, one which will feature fantasy dwellings and magical hide.
Each kit within this range comes with a set of full colour, step by step instructions which teach how to construct the property. You can then bring the property to life as you choose!
So what's included?
- Precision cut MDF for the dolls house carcass

The house itself is opened at the rear. It has 7 internal rooms and 3 floors (in main house), 4 floors in the tower.
Approx constructed dimensions
- Width = 21.7 cm (including veranda)
- Depth = 13.8 cm (including veranda)
- Height = 25.9 cm
For the roofing we have used our new pre-cut shingle roof tiles, we suggest that two packs of tiles will be required to completely roof the house.

My first PP project was a gift from my husband after we saw it on a miniature modeller's fair in Holland. I turned it into a haunted mansion, like Stephen King's Marsten House, complete with tombstones, graves, skeleton orchestra, vampire and hearse with undertaker and horse. Enjoyed it so very much -my husband too- that I immediately started my next PP project: Stragglethorpe Mansion and garden.Joanna (30 May 2022, 15:27)

WOW what a great kit. I have never tried this scale before and did wonder if I would be able to do it, but it proved to be much easier than I expected. the instructions were very easy to follow. I was so eager to build I put it together before painting etc not a good idea as I found out as so small but next time I will do as I go along. I hope their will be many more fantasy buildings as I like to do the more unusual kits.
