Each kit within this range comes with a set of full colour, step by step instructions which teach how to construct the property.  You can then bring the property to life as you choose!

• Pre-cut shop frontage
• Pre-cut external architectural detailing

The house itself has a removable front elevation and removable roof.There are 2 internal rooms plus an attic room.

Approx constructed dimensions

• Width = 14.0 cm
• Depth =  10.3 cm
• Height = 24.3 cm

For the roofing we have used one pack of the pre-cut Plain Roof Tiles.

Please note that the images show a constructed kit and also a constructed & decorated kit where additional craft items have been used, these additional craft items are not included within the kit.
