1/76th The Croft

The Croft is part of our 1:76^th (OO Gauge) railway range by Petite Properties… 

Each kit within this range comes with a set of full colour, step by step instructions which teach how to construct the property.  You can then bring the property to life as you choose!

The kit also includes pre-cut external vernacular detailing, glazing & doors and features an aperture in the base for lighting.

The main carcass of this model is cut from 2mm MDF with the architectural detailing being from a high density card.

Note: This kit includes the 'lean to' side store & cart wheels.

• Width =  9 cm
• Depth =  9.1 cm (including front porch)
• Height =  6.1 cm

Paint effects & colours:Bea used one pack Petite Properties’ Roof Tile Stripsfor the cottage’s main roof.

On Bea's master model she also used the following shades from our Petite Properties paint range too. 

(However, you can of course use whichever paint you are happy or familiar with using!)

• Exterior walls: Old Sock White
• Roof tiles:  Soot Ash
• Corrugated roof effect: Stormy Skies&Rusty Bucket Red
• Front/back doors, fascia boards & window sills: Post Box Red

Please note that the images show a constructed OO Gauge railway kit and also a completed/decorated basic house kit where additional craft items have been used, these additional craft items are not included within the kit.
