Each kit within this range comes with a set of full colour, step by step instructions which teach how to construct the property.  You can then bring the property to life as you choose!

So what's included?

• Precision cut MDF kit (for the dolls house carcass)
• Pre-cut windows & glazing
• Pre-cut doors
• Pre-cut porch
• Pre-cut architectural detailing

The house itself has a removable front elevation and front roof. There are 4 internal rooms over 2 floors in the cottage, plus an additional ground floor fire aperture.

Floor Board Paper (1 sheet required) and Floor Tile Paper (1 sheet required) have also been used on the interior. Plus 1 1/2 packs of Plain Roof tiles on the roof.
