Each kit within this range comes with a set of full colour, step by step instructions which teach how to construct the property.  You can then bring the property to life as you choose!

The house itself has a removable front elevation and front roof. There are 4 internal rooms over 2 floors.

Works with:
For the roofing we have used our pre-cut plain roofing tiles, we suggest that two packs of tiles will be required to completely roof the cottage. We have also used our 1:48th Victorian Brick paper and our Floorboard paper.

Please note that the images show a constructed kit and also a completed/decorated kit where additional craft items have been used, these additional craft items are not included within the kit.
