The design for this kit is just a little bit different and heralds another addition to our 'Enchanted Cottages' range of quarter scale dolls house kits.

Each kit within this range comes with a set of full colour, step by step instructions which teach how to construct the property.  You can then bring the property to life as you choose!

So what's included?

• Precision cut MDF for the dolls house carcass
• Pre-cut window glazing
• Pre-cut front gate & door
• Pre-cut external vernacular detailing

The house itself has a removable back elevation and front roof. There are i internal room.

• Width = 13.8 cm
• Depth =  10.9 cm (including front step)
• Height = 8.8 cm
