Each kit within this range comes with a set of full colour, step by step instructions which teach how to construct the property. You can then bring the property to life as you choose!

This kit also includes pre-cut external vernacular detailing, glazing & doors and features apertures in the base for lighting.

The main carcass of this model is cut from 2mm MDF with the architectural detailing being from a high density card.

Approx constructed dimensions

Width = 10.1 cm
Width = 12.1 cm (including side scullery)
Depth = 6.3 cm (including bay window)
Depth = 9.2 cm (including side scullery
Height = 10.2 cm

This kit has been finished using techniques taken from Bea's latest book on exterior finishes and decorated using the following colours from Petite Properties' exclusive paint range:

Mucky Paint
Top Of The Milk
Grandma's Green
Red Squirrel

Please note that the images show a constructed OO Gauge railway kit and also a completed/decorated basic house kit where additional craft items have been used, these additional craft items are not included within the kit.

Excellent kit.

Bought this kit at the Peterborough model railway show. The cottage along with the very good instructions was easy to to put together. The finishing off instructions were very helpful and i am really pleased with the finished product. I will definitely be buying more of the kits which are great value for money. Extremely high quality kit

This was my first ever model house kit and I'm so pleased with the final results. The kits are really good quality and detailed, which makes them a lot more life-like than some other kits. I bought the book on external finishes from this company too, which was really helpful. This particular cottage is very pretty, and the instructions in the kit show you how to assemble it and how to finish it so that it looks good.
