Parker's Lock Up is part of our 1:76^th (OO Gauge) LOW RELIEF railway range by Petite Properties…

Each kit within this range comes with a set of full colour, step by step instructions which teach how to construct the property. You can then bring the property to life as you choose!

The kit also includes pre-cut external vernacular detailing, glazing & doors and features an aperture in the base for lighting.

The main carcass of this model is cut from 2mm MDF with the architectural detailing being from a high density card.

Please note that the images show a constructed OO Gauge railway kit and also a completed/decorated basic house kit where additional craft items have been used, these additional craft items are not included within the kit.

Parker's Lock-Up

This was the first kit I have built from Petite Properties. The instructions are well written and the kit went together perfectly. I used downloadable brick and tile textures to cover it, the only addition I made was adding a 3D printed gutter and downspout. I would recommend PP kits to anyone without hesitation. The Lock Up

The kit went together really well, pieces fitted perfectly and made a rigid structure. I rendered the walls and the effect looked good. Robert Davis (18 Aug 2020, 16:06)
