Butterwick House 1:48th - Part of Cobblestone Snicket

Butterwick House is part of our 'Cobblestone Snicket range of 1:48th scale dolls house kits by Petite Properties. This house can be purchased individually or as part of the complete ‘Cobblestone Snicket’ street scene.

Each kit within this range comes with a set of full colour, step by step instructions which teach how to construct the property.  You can then bring the property to life as you choose!

• Precision cut MDF for the doll's house carcass

The house itself has a removable front elevation and front roof. There are 3 internal rooms over 3 floors.

For the roofing we have used our pre-cut plain roofing tile strips, we suggest that two packs of tiles will be required to completely roof the house.
