Purbeck Cotrage (Low Relief) is part of our 1:148^th (N Gauge) railway range by Petite Properties…

Each kit within this range comes with a set of full colour, step by step instructions which teach how to construct the property. You can then bring the property to life as you choose!

The main carcass of the kit is laser cut from high quality card.

This kit also includes any pre-cut external vernacular detailing, pre-printed windows and features multiple lighting apertures in the base.

Approx constructed dimensions

Width = 4.7cm
Depth = 2.3cm
Height = 5.2cm

Please note that the images show a constructed N Gauge railway kit and also a completed/decorated basic house kit where additional craft items have been used, these additional craft items are not included within the kit.

A delight to build

I just used this in a little scene. They are delightful to build and paint. You can make them so individual. I love all kits here and I highly recommend them jane crosland (31 Jul 2023, 01:22)

Sweet little dollhouse for a dollshouse!

Again, very simple to assemble, I added an internal floor and steps and left the front detached and it makes a perfect little dollshouse for my 1/12 dollshouse. Very good value too :)Wendy Brown (3 Jun 2023, 11:16)
