Seagull's Roost 1:48th - Part of Port Piran

Seagull's Roost is part of our 'Port Piran' range of 1:48th scale dolls house kits by Petite Properties. This house can be purchased individually or as part of the complete ‘Port Piran’ harbour scene.

Each kit within this range comes with a set of full colour, step by step instructions which teach how to construct the property.  You can then bring the property to life as you choose!

So what's included?

• Precision cut MDF for the doll's house carcass
• Pre-cut windows
• Pre-cut glazing
• Pre-cut door
• Pre-cut external detailing
• Pre-cut chimney

The house itself has a removable front elevation and removable roof. There are 3 internal rooms plus an attic room over 3 floors.

Approximate constructed dimensions

• Width = 9.5 cm
• Depth = 10.4 cm (including front steps)
• Height = 25.5 cm (including chimney)
