Our 'Basic House Kits' can be enjoyed in two ways!
Option 1 - If you have already purchased our Washtub Cottage 'Book & Kit' Package and would like to make more dolls houses in the same architectural style, then our Windy Hill Croft 'Basic House Kit' is just what you need!
Each kit within this new range comes with a set of full colour, step by step instructions which teach how to construct the property. The instructions also uniquely refer back to your previously purchased 'how to' booklet to enable you to reuse the techniques included in it in order to apply the professional ‘artisan finish’ shown.
Option 2 - Want to use your own imagination and decorate your quarter scale dolls house, your way? No problem!
Option 3 - Purchase the Washtub Cottage Book to accompany this kit. The book will instruct and teach the techniques needed to complete this kit in the same finish as Washtub Cottage.
Each kit within this range comes with a set of full colour, step by step instructions which teach how to construct the property. You can then bring the property to life as you choose!

Precision cut MDF kit (for the dolls house carcass)
Pre-cut windows
Pre-cut window sills
Pre-cut window glazing
Pre-cut front door
Windy Hill Croft has 1 internal room.
The cottage has a removal front elevation and removable front roof for easy access.
(Basic craft materials are also required, but not included in the kit.)
