Each ‘Kit Package’ within Petite Properties unique quarter scale series consists of a precision ‘laser cut’ kit used to create the structure of the miniature property and is complimented by a high quality booklet which provides step by step, detailed instructions on how to construct and finish your 1:48th dolls house; both inside and out.

The Corner Shop and Book

This is a lovely kit to begin your flirtation with quarter scale, all the parts are clearly marked and the accompanying book gives really clear instructions for building and decorating your first property using a variety of techniques. Having never worked with clay before on a building Bea's instructions and tips gave me the confidence to try. I've found a whole new vista opening and was very pleased with the end result.
