All postage costs are based on weight of a product and the geographical location the parcel is being shipped to. The online shop allows customers to work in either GBP, Euros, Australian Dollars, New Zealand Dollars or US Dollars for costings. However payments will only be accepted in GBP.

The overall shipping cost for your particular order is shown during the checkout stage after you have inputted the shipping address. At this stage you have still not committed to the purchase.

We endeavour to ship all orders the next working day but at busy times or public holidays this may not be possible.

All of the shipping costs are  subject to change without notice and will be changed in accordance with the Royal Mails Pricing Structure.

In line with the Royal Mails lost package conditions we can not declare a package missing or lost until 28 days after despatch. We ensure that all packages/parcels have proof of postage.
